REFUND POLICY
We do not currently offer returns or refund on any orders.

EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with your size, our exchange policy allows you to exchange any items [excluding sale items] to DAVOUNTE WILLIAMS within [14] days from dispatch.

The return address will be provided upon request.

Please note: The shipping cost and duties for the exchange will need to be paid for by you. We highly advise that you obtain proof of postage in the receipt of a tracking number and to hold onto the receipt and shipping details, as DAVOUNTE WILLIAMS is not responsible for any exchanges that fail to reach us.

All items should be returned as received in their original condition. Please mark this as an exchange with your desired size in order for us to process your order accurately.

Once we receive your product[s], we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, provided the products are returned in perfect and unused condition with all of the original tags/labels. We try our very best for exchanges to be processed within [7] days of receiving your parcel. We hand each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.

EXCHANGES [IF APPLICABLE]
Once your item is received and has been inspected, we will send you an additional e-mail to notify you that we have received your item.

We will then send your tracking details of your new item along with your new Order Number.
